My Therapeutic Approach
My style is solution-oriented, warm, and open-minded. I focus on building trust and creating a space where clients can speak freely, feel understood, and work toward the changes that matter most to them.
My work integrates Rogerian therapy and mindfulness techniques to support both emotional understanding and practical growth. Additional approaches may include Gestalt therapy, attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and compassion-based techniques, depending on each client’s needs and goals.
What to Expect
Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where therapy is tailored to their unique experience. The process may include exploring patterns, building coping tools, deepening self-understanding, and creating practical steps toward healing and growth.
